Strut Mount Insulation couplings

Our Insulation Couplings supports and secures thecopper tube independent of the insulation. The insulationis then inserted into the coupling to provide a superiorvapor barrier to other methods.

1.Coupling spacing should be no more than 60 diameters.

2.Install clamps as close as possible to each side of bend to prevent movement.

3.Acceptable for horizontal, vertical, and inverted installations.include coupling, strut clamps with welded fastener and locknut.

4.Availablein 304 and 316 stainless steel and 1/4" to 4-1/8"0.D.tube

5.Insulation wall thickness sizes include: 3/8"; 1/2"; 3/4";1" and1-1/2"

6.Temperature rating:-60'F to+225'F

7.Strut Mounted Couling can be for 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1-1/2" wall insulation.
